- Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Access Your Wix Site
- From your Wix dashboard, select the site you want to edit by clicking on Edit Site.
Step 3: Create a New Page
- In the Wix Editor, click on the Menus & Pages icon on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the + Add Page button.
- Name the new page Privacy Policy.
- Click Done.
Step 4: Add Provided HTML Code
- To add the HTML code provided when you completed your policy setup, click on the + Add button on the left side of the Editor.
- Select Embed Code from the menu.
- Choose HTML iframe.
- Click and drag the HTML iframe to the desired location on your privacy policy page.
- Click on the Enter Code button that appears when the HTML iframe is selected.
- Paste your HTML code into the provided box.
- Click Apply.
Step 5: Customize and Publish Your Page
- Customize the design and layout of your privacy policy page as needed.
- Click on Preview at the top right to see how your page looks.
- Once satisfied, click on Publish to make your privacy policy page live.
Step 6: Add the Privacy Policy Page to Your Website Menu
- Go back to the Menus & Pages panel.
- Find your Privacy Policy page and drag it into your footer menu or main site menu.
- This helps ensure that your privacy policy is easily accessible to your site visitors.
Step 7: Verify and Test
- Open your website in a new browser tab to ensure the privacy policy page is accessible and displays correctly.
- Test any embedded HTML code to make sure it functions as expected.
