How to Accept Access to a Termageddon License and Setup Your Website Policies

Once you have purchased Website Policies, a license will be shared with you from our partner, Termageddon. This article will guide you to accept the license and set up your policies. The following video provides complete instructions:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to accept a Termageddon license and set up website policies. Follow these instructions to ensure your website is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Step 1: Accept the Termageddon License

1.1 Receive the License Invitation

  • Check your email for an invitation from Termageddon.
  • The email will contain a link to accept the license.

1.2 Click the Link

  • Open the email and click on the provided link.
  • This will redirect you to the Termageddon website.

1.3 Create an Account

  • If you do not already have a Termageddon account, you will need to create one.
    • Click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button.
    • Fill in your details (name, email, password) and submit the form.

1.4 Log In

  • If you already have an account, log in using your credentials.

1.5 Accept the License

  • After logging in, you will be prompted to accept the license agreement.
    • Read through the terms and conditions.
    • Check the box to agree to the terms.
    • Click the "Accept" button.

  • Copy the code snippet provided by Termageddon.

3.2 Access Your Website’s Backend

  • Log in to your website’s content management system (CMS) or backend.

3.3 Embed the Code

  • Navigate to the appropriate section where you want to display the policy.
    • This is usually in the footer or a dedicated "Policies" page.
  • Paste the code snippet into the HTML editor.

3.4 Save and Publish

  • Save your changes and publish the updated page on your website.
